For the first time, IVF (in vitro fertilization) and fertility-related services will be available locally in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Patients will no longer have to travel outside of the province to access IVF treatment. Instead, they can access the supportive care they need, right here at home. Led by Dr. Sean Murphy and Dr. Deanna Murphy, the Centre of Health Excellence (CHE) is bringing this care to the province with a focus on medical expertise, patient support, and a more accessible path forward.

What to Expect.

IVF treatment is coming to Newfoundland & Labrador through the Centre of Health Excellence, located at the Unity Health Centre on 28 Stavanger Drive, in St. John's, NL. We're bringing fertility treatment options closer to home that previously required travel outside the province.

Every fertility journey is different. When services become available, patients will have access to a range of treatment options, guided by experienced physicians and tailored to individual needs. More detailed information will be shared as the clinic prepares to open.
